At Graveside Cleaning, all sales are final. Because our services are thoughtfully prepared and customized for each client, we are unable to offer refunds once an order is placed. However, if our team is unable to complete the requested service within a 30-day period due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued. We are committed to open communication and will keep you informed throughout the process. This policy timeline does not include out restoration or repair services which might extend 30 days for scheduling purposes of equipment and/or disposal. ALL SERVICES ARE SUBJECT TO CEMETERY RULES AND GUIDELINES.
